Chevy recalls 4,873 Sonics

2012 Chevrolet SonicSome recalls are nothing to worry about, others can be very dangerous. In the case of 4,873 Chevrolet Sonics built between June 2 and November 21 that left from a Orion Township, Michigan plant, it could mean one brake pad to few. GM claims that 20-30 Sonics left without an inner or outer front brake pad; 4,296 are in the US while the remaining 577 migrated to Canada. Come check out the Nissan cube, with all its brake pads at your 2012 Seattle Nissan cube dealer. While a car minus one inner or outer brake pad can still stop, its performance will suffer and could cause damage to the caliper or rotor. GM will notify all potential brakeless car owners and replace any missing brakes and damaged calipers or rotors.
